Fortunately, the developers of Sn0wbreeze, the iH8sn0w team have released a fix for this issue. Called BlackBreeze, it fixes the blackra1n issue with iTunes 9.1 by patching the blackra1n RC3 exe file.

You are then asked to browse and select the blackra1n.exe (Blackra1n RC3) file on your computer. Then select the destination folder for the patched exe file, and BlackBreeze will place the newly created file (blackra1n-fixed.exe) in that folder. Use this patched blackrain exe to start your iPhone, and you will no longer face the syncing issues you earlier faced with iTunes 9.1.  blackbreeze-browse-select-blackra1n-exe-file
