Download sn0wbreeze Beta To Jailbreak iPhone, iPod Touch

iPhone users may want to jailbreak their device so that they can install custom themes or other apps that did not make it to the App Store. Till now there was the Pwnage tool for Mac and Blackra1n for windows for jailbreaking iPhone and iPod Touch. Now the iH8sn0w team has released a jailbreaking tool called sn0wbreeze.

sn0wbreeze is actually a port of Pwnage tool to Windows platform. This tool is still in Beta, so we recommend only advanced users to go ahead and jailbreak their devices using it. The supported devices are iPhone 2G, 3G, 3GS (old bootrom) and iPod Touch 1G, 2G (non MC).

Till now jailbreaking tools for Windows lacked the ability to create a custom IPSW file with custom boot logo and custom root partition size. Not only sn0wbreeze overcomes this problem, it also lets you bundle all your Cydia apps and create a custom build, so you can share it with others. Sounds great, isn’t it?

thanks for the information .I purchased an iphone 4g from uk and was using in india with airtel sim but as soon as i upgraded to 4.1 it got locked and showed message as no sim installed.My firmware is 4.1(8B117)MODEL MC 603B MODEM FIRMWIRE 02.10.04.Please tell me how to unlock my phone for various sim.I jailbroke my phone with limera and i am using it as an ipod please help me in unlocking it so that i could use it as a phone.

  Currently there is no unlock for baseband 2.10.04, but we are expecting one after iOS 4.2 final version is out.
