According to Apple website,

iOS 4.0.1 improves the formula to determine how many bars of signal strength to display on iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, and iPhone 3G. The real signal strength remains the same, but the bars on iPhone will indicate it more precisely

Fantastic, it tells you that you can downgrade if you accidentally update, but that assumes you have been saving your Blob file all along. Well, if I was already saving my old blobs, I’d probably already know how to downgrade. Oh yeah, you are a superstar, next thing you know you’ll tell me how to become a millionaire: First, get a million dollars….. brilliant.

It suppossed to be user friendly but the problem keep on surfacing everyday. Why make life difficult adding unnecessary stress as if we dont have enough.
